America's Choice Insurance Partners, a General RV company, is full-service agency serving an exclusive client base through a partnership with the nation’s largest recreational vehicle dealer.

 

With our growing operations, we are expanding our leadership team with the addition of a Sales Manager to support the continued growth of both our team members and clients. Given the strong partnership with General RV, America’s Choice Insurance has clients spanning 25 states for insurance solutions that range from RV, home, auto, renters, and life insurance policies.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Develop deep, trust-based relationships with the Sales Advisors that ultimately drives loyalty and desire for success.
  • Take a deep dive into current processes of the sales team, service team, culture, and become accustomed to the sales process and sales cycle. We are not your typical insurance agency!
  • Continuously work to ensure team members are aligned to the overall vision of the agency and specifically how their work is directly tied to the overall success of the team.
  • Track team member performance towards monthly goals and assist with them reaching their goal through performance coaching.
  • Review and assess team member sales skillset and determine a tailored approach in developing each team member based on their individual growth opportunities.
  • Act as exemplary model that supports the desired culture and values we seek from our teams.
  • Continuously look for training opportunities to help the continued development of team member’s sales abilities.
  • Promote additional coverage or policies based on a client’s specific needs.
  • Other responsibilities and opportunities will be presented when ready.

Qualifications

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Prior Sales leadership experience is a must (2+ years), preferably within Insurance but not mandatory
  • Minimum of 4 years of direct insurance sales experience
  • Must have prior CRM experience
  • Strong writing skills to assist with developing customer communication
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all levels of team members
